Shipping and Return Information

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders are normally received by our customers within 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Holidays may delay package delivery. Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend typically ship by Tuesday.

Where do you ship?
MAKOMAS online store currently only ships within the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry, but we do not ship to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, Canada or internationally at this time.

What is the cost of shipping?
There is no doubt about it, beverages are heavy. With that said we do our best to provide you with the overall lowest total shipped price possible to your location. Since no one likes surprises we have included shipping cost in the total cost of the product. This way you don’t have to worry about the total cost to deliver all of your thirst quenching selections. Simply make your selections and checkout!

How is my order packaged and shipped?
We can assure you that your order will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure its safe arrival. We use boxes and eco-friendly bubble rolls to protect your order as it makes its way to you. The bubble wrap we use is a green alternative to traditional buddle with the same protection. There aren’t invoices or payment information sent with orders, rather this is sent to the e-mail address provided as the order has been placed. All our packaging materials are recyclable.

What happen if I missed the delivery of my package?
The shipping courier will make three attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a message notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Can I leave a signed note?
By leaving a signed note giving the courier permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished and the courier of any and all responsibilities for loss or damage.

How can I check on my order status?
When you log in with your account registered on our website, under order list, you will get to see the status of your order. Sometimes there is a lag with USPS and you may see a Billing Notification message. If so – don’t fret. Give it another day for the USPS to properly update their system with the correct package status.
