Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Makomas Moringa Original
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender
  2. Pour into a wide rimmed glass and use a spoon
  3. Enjoy!
MORINGA GREEN PARADISE

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Makomas Moringa Original
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 Apple
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ½ cup chopped Kale
  • 3 to 4 Ice-cubes

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender
  2. Empty into a glass

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Peeled Orange
  • 1 cup coconut water

MORINGA BANANA YOGURT SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Makomas Moringa Original
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup of Yogurt

MORINGA SUPER BOOST

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Makomas Moringa Pomegranate
  • 1 cup Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1 tbsp of Sesame Seeds
  • 4 or 5 Mint Leaves
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes

Directions        

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well

Moringa Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon MAKOMAS Moringa Powder
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup egg whites, about 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and dust two 4×2-inch round cake pans with flour and set aside.
  2. In large bowl, stir together flour, MAKOMAS Moringa Powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add softened butter and milk. Beat with a hand mixer on low speed until combined. Continue beating on medium speed for 1 minute.
  4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together egg whites until frothy, just before soft peaks form. Whisk vanilla into egg whites and gradually add the egg white mixture to flour mixture, beating until well combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
  6. Remove and cool in pans on wire rack for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from pans and leave to cool completely.
Heart-warming Moringa-Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cake flour

Moringa and Carrot Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup MAKOMAS Moringa Leaves
  • 2 large carrots, chopped into cubes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Half a cup fresh cream

Directions:

  1. Sauté the garlic, onions, and carrots in a saucepan.
  2. Add the MAKOMAS Moringa Leaves and vegetable stock and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer until carrots are cooked.
  4. Add salt, pepper and cumin and parsley
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve hot with homemade bread and a swirl of fresh cream.
Moringa Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp MAKOMAS Moringa Powder
  • 100ml Coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana (Preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks or mango
  • 1 /2 cup blueberries
  • 1 Table spoon nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, Macadamia nut)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ Cup Ice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • Add Protein powder for Post workout Version

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  1. Blend them together until smooth and creamy.

Moringa Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 cup spinach leaves 
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks 
  • 1 tablespoon MAKOMAS Moringa Leaf Powder 
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 
  • Optional: honey or sweetener of your choice (to taste) 

Instructions: 

 

  1. Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces for easier blending. 
  1. In a blender, add the banana, spinach leaves, frozen mango chunks, MAKOMAS Moringa Leaf Powder, and almond milk. 
  1. Optional: If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add a drizzle of honey or any sweetener of your choice. 
  1. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If needed, you can adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk. 
  1. Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the Moringa Green Smoothie into a glass or jar.

Healthy Moringa Oatmeal Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 

4 cups gluten-free rolled oats  

5 cups almond milk  

3 tbsp agave syrup, or maple syrup  

2 tsp vanilla extract  

2-3 tsp  MAKOMAS Moringa Powder  

1/3 cup pistachios, chopped  

1/3 cup dried mulberries  

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut  

2 tbsp chia seeds, optionaL 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. In a medium sauce pan, add the rolled oats, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup.  

2. Cook the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until some of the milk has been absorbed and the oats have softened, about 5-7 minutes.  

3. Turn the heat off and add the MAKOMAS  Moringa Powder and the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve.
