MAKOMAS DRIED MANGO DELIGHT
Ingredients:
- 1 cup MAKOMAS Dried Mango, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or cashews)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup (if desired) and mix well. This will serve as the creamy base for your dried mango delight.
- Add the chopped MAKOMAS Dried Mango to the yogurt mixture and stir gently to incorporate the mango pieces evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the mixture and give it a light toss to distribute them throughout.
- Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dried mango to soften slightly.
- Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and give it a final stir.
