MAKOMAS DRIED MANGO DELIGHT

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup MAKOMAS Dried Mango, chopped 
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or cashews) 
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) 

Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup (if desired) and mix well. This will serve as the creamy base for your dried mango delight. 
  1. Add the chopped MAKOMAS Dried Mango to the yogurt mixture and stir gently to incorporate the mango pieces evenly. 
  1. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the mixture and give it a light toss to distribute them throughout. 
  1. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dried mango to soften slightly. 
  1. Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and give it a final stir. 
  1. Serve the MAKOMAS Dried Mango Delight in individual bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.
