ONLINE ORDERS
Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States at this time. We are not able to process orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or American Territories.
We ship orders Monday-Friday and orders will ship the same day as long as it is placed by noon EST. Any orders arriving after noon EST will ship the next business day (Monday-Friday). Depending on your shipping selection you will receive your order in one of the following timeframes after your order has been packed:
Priority Mail, USPS (1-5 business days)
FedEx* (1-4 business days)

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email info@makomas.com with "Change My Order" or "Cancel My Order" and your Order Number in the subject line along with a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will try to accommodate requests. We cannot refund, cancel, or edit an order once it leaves our warehouse and is in transit to its final destination.
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at info@makomas.com. Please allow 8 - 10 business days for delivery and up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to change during transit. Please expect delays if you place an order after 5PM EST on Fridays.
If your tracking information is showing “delivered” please first contact the carrier. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to info@makomas.com with your order number and ship to address.
We stand behind our products with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. If you're not satisfied with your order, please send an email to info@makomas.com within 10 days of your purchase date. Please provide photos for any fulfillment errors so we may improve our fulfillment process. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to dislike of product taste or texture. For any defective product we are happy to replace the item(s) in question. Please see our full return policy here. We cannot refund, cancel, or edit an order once it leaves our warehouse and is in transit to its final destination.

Yes, we are vegan friendly!
Yes, we do! In fact, all our super-teas are caffeine-free.
All of our products are manufactured in facilities that processes sesame and/or peanut. However, none of our products contain nuts as ingredients.
Although, our products do not carry the USDA certified organic label, all our products are organically grown (no chemicals are present in the base soil or while growing the products). We are constantly working on sourcing all our products from organic origins.
All our products sourcing process meet the Fair-Trade requirement process. In partnership with the MAKOMAS Foundation, we make sure to meet the below criteria while working with farmers/farming:
- Fair prices for farmers and decent working and living conditions for workers
- Direct trade with farmers, bypassing middlemen
- Access to capital
- Sustainable agricultural practices including restricted use of agrochemicals
- Free association of workers and co-ops, with structures for democratic decision- making

Shipping is free in the USA for purchases over $99 (after discounts and coupons are applied), so load up! All orders shipped domestically under $99 cost a flat rate of $7.99.
